Mr. Doty joined the firm in 2024 after practicing for ten years at a Birmingham defense firm. He has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including cases involving business torts, insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, premises liability, commercial transportation, wrongful death, and general liability matters. His current practice concentrates on representing companies in labor and employment matters, as well as general civil litigation. Among other honors, Mr. Doty has been selected as a Rising Star by Mid-South Super Lawyers. Outside the office, he enjoys bike-riding, reading fiction and history, and collecting vinyl albums.
